About
Even the best athletes work with coaches to keep improving, and I believe product leaders should have that same level of coaching from someone who has been in that seat and made the hard calls.
I mentor product managers and product leaders who want to move up to Lead PM, GPM, Director and Head of Product, and PMs preparing for senior interviews. Over 20 years in tech - Microsoft, Bill.com, and Uber, most recently Head of Product for Uber AI Solutions - I spent 15 years as a hiring manager, hired 50+ PMs, and ran 500+ interviews, so I know what strong looks like from the other side of the table. Along the way I launched 0-to-1 products, scaled products from 1 to 100+, and built strong product teams.
What last four stints taught me:

- Uber Customer Obsession: build an automation platform at scale, and the team culture to sustain it.
