In my career I've helped over 50 people understanding job requirements, connecting requirements to their work, identify areas of growth, growing skills required and eventually getting promoted to the next level.

I've experience leading teams and organizations with company wide responsibilities and impact. Proven ability to build up organizations from scratch in high growth companies as well as leading distributed teams including managing other managers and growing senior leads. Passion for building teams with a high sense of belonging and inclusion.
