I am currently lead the UX Research team at Uber Freight, the company’s fast-growing logistics wing. Previously I have been the lead researcher for the core rider app, accessibility, safety, and the website. I enjoy offering advice and practical next steps for those in the research and design space, especially in tough environments and tricky product spaces. I have led a team for several years now and have developed a love for mentorship.
