Radhika is a great mentor. She patiently listened to what my present situation is, how I feel about it and then help me chart out a plan / strategy with timelines to get to where I desire and which is possible. The Reservoir of knowledge, maturity and patience that she holds is astonishing for a person at her age. I strongly recommend her. Although early days, I have seen changes and would like to continue.
