I'm Radoslaw, but you can call me Radek. My background lies in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a 20+ years of experience as an software architect, tech lead, engineer, and a mentor.
Based in United Kingdom in Scotland I Led globally distributed engineering teams (UK, India, US, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica) in the domain of machine learning, big-data, software development, cloud native architecture and cybersecurity.
Experienced setting up a product teams based on clear mission, its values, with data driven principles and with empowered team leading techniques.
With expertise in data ingestion and streaming, analysis and transformation, ML model development, training, deployment, serving and monitoring I can help both in hands-on problems as well as high level processes like DevOps, MLOps and QA.
My architecture processes, which is focused on selecting the right technology for the right business problem, led to a very broad understanding of varied tech-stacks, languages, processes and solutions.

Radoslaw was a great mentor. Helped me out with my CV and made me realize the value of my experience. This was kind of shocking, as I have imposter syndrome. As a developer that worked on 4 years on niche machine learning project, I've learned during my mentornship about new technologies that I need to proceed with my career. Radoslaw helped me too with my personal project, which is quite difficult and complex one. He gave me many good points, brought to my attention some great tools that would help me out and was with me through the process of data collecting, analysis, feature mining and development of the solution. As a person, Radoslaw is pretty chill person, I didn't feel pressure and there were no problems if I was occasionally late or if we had to reschedule some meetings. It made my project feel less like a chore and more as an opportunity to grow that I wanted to do. As for communication, it was good. Radoslaw generally responsive and when he was going offline for some time (like a conference) he would let me know beforehand. I recommend! 4.8/5!
