Ray Bunton

I am an outcome-driven and technically astute senior programme delivery leader with over 20 years of experience in heavily regulated financial services, complemented by an early career in defence and an academic background in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

I have earned my reputation as a trusted adviser to bridge gaps between senior leadership and operational teams while translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans to drive technological innovation, business growth and systems / people / process / culture change with budgets of £15m+.

I now want to use my knowledge and strong passion for people development to help my mentees to understand their talent, build their strength and realise their potential. I didn't have such proactive guidance when I was growing in my career and I know how valuable it can be.

I am dedicated and focused and would want this in a mentee to ensure we both get great value from the working relationship. I love virtual face to face meetings and prefer structured sessions to doing lots of paperwork. Of course being an engineer, I also want to track our key metrics! :)
