Reza was good at identifying what my strengths were and how to highlight them in interviews. For the things I was lacking, he had opinions about whether those deficits were really going to matter, and if they were, what steps I could take to better position myself. Apart from getting advice about how to package myself, it made a big difference to get a confidence boost before going into interviews. Once we talked through my approach and we agreed that it was going to make sense, I went into the interview feeling good, and I think I sounded good as a result!
