We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I am an experienced software engineer/architect and engineering leader, having spent more than two decades in software development.
My core technical skillset is anything to do with .net, SQL Server, Azure, SOLID principles, software design patterns, TDD and microservices architecture.
However, I feel I have the most to offer mentees through my experience as a mindset coach for software developers, helping them combat limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome, and improve confidence and communication skills.
