Richie was supportive and empathetic of my wanting to transition into Data Analysis. Because of this, he took his time to understand what my motivations were for wanting to transition. He used that to craft a bespoke study plan for me so I could develop the skills needed to land a Data Analyst job, without being distracted by the plethora of Data Analyst based courses that are out there.
