I’m a Service Design Lead working in tech. I work at Kaluza, a revolutionary energy platform, built for a more sustainable future.
My focus at the moment is on growing a strong team of service designers in house. Our goal is to deliver useful services for local and international energy retailers.
In the past, I've designed services for Well Pharmacy, The Co-op, Bristol Water and more. I've learnt to market myself, manage stakeholders and help change happen.
