1. Coding interview guidance, preparing sessions and mock interviews - aim here is to mimic for you a coding interview, as close as the ones I conduct as possible. You also receive personalized feedback, both at the end of the session (15-30 mins) and in writing afterwards, with recommended action items.
I can spot some patterns that make you fail your coding interview, let’s take for instance poor time management. I’ve noticed many people struggling to finish on time, due to different reasons: not enough preparation for actual code implementation but they just had a general idea of how to do it, making a mistake and getting stuck over it for more than 5-10 minutes. And the list can go on. I will help you identify and address these with constructive feedback :)

2. General advice regarding your career; we can have a session where we analyze your experience, current working conditions and based on my experience, being part in 4 different teams, I can spot some patterns related to the dynamic of both you and your environment. This can help you better make a decision for your next steps.
