About
I'm a user experience design professional with over 20 years of experience. I work with brands both big and small across diverse sectors to provide thoughtful user experience design solutions. I have expertise as an information architect, interaction designer, content strategist, UX writer, and manager. Previously, I worked at Razorfish and Publicis Sapient, including, for several years, with a team dedicated to Mercedes-Benz USA. I teach UX design at the School of Visual Arts, and speak regularly on the subjects of user experience design and privacy by design.
