I've gone from engineer to managing organizations of over 50 engineers and leaders, speaking to rooms of 200 executives, hired extensively and grew teams from the ground up, led multi-million dollar programs, and grown my salary by over 350%. I learned how to advocate for myself, navigate organizational politics, and grow my career intentionally- with the help of many mentors along the way.
