Hi there, I'm a leader who has led global teams and cross-functional leaders for 12 years. I work with colleagues who are motivated to accelerate their careers. I have created and cultivated engaging team cultures at a Fortune 100 B2C retail leader with over 125,000 employees as well as at a B2B SaaS tech unicorn with 1,000 employees and a billion-dollar valuation.
I am passionate about people and love investing in others. I'm an entrepreneurial senior digital leader who inspires, empowers and gets results. I have extensive industry experience working in agency, client-side and remote environments, including B2B, B2C, DTC, SaaS, publicly-traded, privately-owned, pre-IPO, multi-channel retail, omnichannel commerce, e-commerce, and marketplaces.
Even in the day-to-day strategy and execution of work, I take deliberate action to mentor and support others, bring visibility to their accomplishments, show gratitude, and ensure we celebrate their individual or team(s)' success. I recognize that diverse perspectives and differing opinions help elevate our collective views so that we can make the best possible decision for our customers, clients, and colleagues. For this reason, I bring people to the table and advocate for intent-based leadership to ensure we lead with context, share a mutual understanding, and hold bias for action.
Good leaders make a lasting impact in the lives and professional trajectories of those around them. And better than that, great leaders create more leaders. It's a personal goal of mine to have someone I've mentored surpass me in my career (spoiler: 6 people and counting!)
