Shammi Raichura

I have 10 years experience at Uber, from the early days launching the business in the UK, to growing and scaling the business to what it is today. I have first hand experience of what it takes to grow and scale a marketplace business, as well as how to go on a journey beyond 0 to 1 - both the right way to do it, and what to avoid! I've worked on growth strategy, process scaling and optimisation, external stakeholder management (policy makers and regulators) all the way down to hands on product launch/GTM strategy. Additionally, I have strong experience developing organisational culture and unlocking people's leadership skills.

Outside of my day job, I mentor entrepreneurs and startups through accelerators and the network I've developed over the years. I also support people on navigating their career journeys in tech.
