I'm excited to have the opportunity to share a bit about myself with you. My name is Sneha Mittal and I am a passionate marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience. Currently, I am working as the Sales Enablement and Communications Lead for the Enterprise Informatics business within the Europe region at Philips.

In my current position, I lead efforts in sales enablement, marketing strategy and planning, budget management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple business units. I have been working with Philips for over 3 years and my journey at Philips began with leading the global marketing content strategy and engagement for the Connected Care business and I have worked across several roles across marketing domain.

To give you a bit of my professional background, before joining Philips, I worked with many big brands like Booking.com, Vodafone, Cognizant, and Cummins across various sales and marketing roles and have mentored several start-ups and scale-ups like SuperSaaS, HungryTable.in among many others.

On the educational front, I hold an MBA focused on marketing and communications and a bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering. Living in the Netherlands for almost seven years now, I reside in Hoofddorp with my husband and our two young daughters.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of transforming challenging customer relationships, leading teams to exceed expectations, and innovating to meet customer needs. I have proven success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Skilled in navigating complex business environments and managing senior stakeholders, I am known for my strong coaching & interpersonal skills.

On the personal front, I am an adept public speaker, and also an avid reader and blogger. I am committed to continuous development of self as well as of others via mentoring, and leading employee resource groups. Passionate about learning and empowering others, I am a leader focused on growing her team, and making a data-driven impact with KPIs that matter.
