About
👋 I'm Steven. I build the shared infrastructure that helps product teams turn design decisions into dependable software: components, tokens, tooling, and documentation. Most recently, I spent a year as a Senior Software Engineer on Arbor, Linktree’s design system; before that, I was Design Director at thoughtbot. I’m comfortable owning the full path from Figma to production React/TypeScript.
What happens when you start
You tell Steven your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Steven reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
