About

I help people break into product management and get promoted once they're in it.

I spent about five years at Agoda (Booking Holdings) leading product and growth teams of 100+ engineers on conversion, pricing and inventory for millions of visitors. I ran the product side of Preply's 100,000-tutor marketplace across 120+ categories. I've led product and go-to-market at Series A startups and publicly traded consumer marketplaces, and served as interim CEO of a Series A company. I have a Wharton MBA. I also taught six semesters of graduate and undergraduate courses as a professor at NYU Stern and Pratt.

That combination is the point: I've hired PMs, done the job at every level, and taught it in a classroom. I know where the bar actually sits and how to explain it.

Who I work with:

- People breaking into PM from engineering, consulting, marketing or an MBA
- PMs stuck at one level who need a promotion case, not a pep talk
- Senior PMs and founders pressure-testing strategy, roadmaps or pricing
- Anyone weighing a career move who wants a straight answer

How I work: we use your actual situation. Your interview next week. Your stalled promotion. The product decision you keep going back and forth on. Not generic frameworks. You leave every session with something concrete to do.

Bring a real problem to our first call. We'll be working on it within ten minutes.

What happens when you start

You tell Taylor your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.

You meet within days. Taylor reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.

You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
