I have spent 15 years building AI and machine learning systems that make money in regulated industries: insurance, fintech, banking, legal services and energy. I have built and led data science functions from zero at three companies, hiring and growing teams, setting technical direction, and shipping models with direct financial consequences. I hold a first-class BSc in Mathematics.
I mentor because I have seen both sides of the hiring table for over a decade. I know what gets people hired, what gets them promoted, and what separates the data scientists who ship from the ones who stall.
