About
Hi! I’m Vatsala, a Strategy & Operations Principal Lead at Google in London. Over the past 10 years, I’ve built "0-to-1" operating models, led Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and scaled high-performing teams across Google, Amazon, Colgate-Palmolive, and McKinsey & Company.
Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in turning ambiguity into repeatable growth—including standing up large scale global organization, advising executives through multi-year "AI-first" pivots and organisation transformations, as well as building team functions from scratch. Alongside my core role, I also serve as an internal Google AI & Career Coach.
