My background is in Corporate Communications, Broadcast Journalism (BBC) and the creative industries, and I have worked with clients in a broad range of industries.

My ideal mentees are Executives or Business Leaders who are open and ready to grow. Maybe their role is changing or their business is growing and they want to become better leaders.

In addition to Executive/business leader Coaching, I also offer mentoring in the communications sector, where I can advise and guide best practice on: internal communications; communication strategy; effective writing; public speaking and presenting; PR and Media strategy; brand; podcasting.

And I also offer one-off sessions doing mock news/radio/TV/podcast interviews. In these sessions you get the chance to practice being interviewed by an experienced former BBC news journalist, in a no pressure environment, and get feedback on how to improve.

A former radio broadcaster, I'm also a podcast host and producer. My podcast, Story Slurp, has been in the Apple top 30.
