Wayne is an amazing mentor. His approach to the session is much more evolved. He did really follow the "No BS, let's get you some clarity" approach. If you are feeling unsure of next steps, or feeling stuck, I would highly recommend doing a session with Wayne. I feel I can move towards my goals with a lot more surety now. The session gave me so much confidence, and clarity, and some thinking tools to navigate the chaos of managing one's career.
