About

I help product managers get hired and get better at the job once they're in. Most people come to me mid-search: applications aren't getting replies, interviews keep stalling at the same stage, or an offer is close and they want to get it over the line.

Why I can help with your search
I recently went through PM interview loops at 8 companies, including GitHub, HubSpot and Deel. I got two offers and took a senior PM role at GitHub. Because it was so recent, I know what these interviews look like today and where candidates commonly trip up.

What we can work on
- Your search: which roles to target, why applications aren't landing, and how to tell your story
- Your resume and LinkedIn, so they get you to a first call
- Interviews: product sense, execution, strategy and behavioural rounds, rehearsed on real questions with direct feedback
- Growing in the role: difficult stakeholders, prioritising when everything feels urgent, and stepping up into senior roles
- Moving into AI product work: I've shipped agentic and AI search features at GitHub, and built AutoQA, an AI quality-scoring product, at Playvox

Background
I've been building products since 2010. I was a company's first PM, then founded Prodsight, an AI customer-feedback platform we sold to Playvox in 2022, where I stayed on as a product director. Most recently, I was a senior PM at GitHub, working on issue fields, semantic search and agentic features.

How I work
Bring me a real interview to rehearse, a resume that isn't landing, or a situation at work you're stuck on. I'll be straight with you about where you stand and what to fix, and I'll explain why, so you can do it yourself next time.

Founders doing product before their first PM hire are welcome too. If you're not sure which plan or session fits, message me first and we'll work it out.

Many mentees expense mentoring through their employer's learning and development budget, so it's worth asking yours.

I had the opportunity to work with Tadas as a mentor during my job search, and his guidance made a meaningful difference in how I approached the process. From the beginning, he took the time to understand where I was in my search and identify which areas needed the most attention. One of his first recommendations was to build a story bank, which helped me significantly improve my storytelling and become much more intentional about how I communicate my experience during interviews. He also helped me shift my mindset from relying primarily on cold applications to taking a much more proactive and strategic approach. He guided me on how to reach out to people, demonstrate genuine interest in companies, explore where former colleagues and connections had moved throughout their careers, and identify relationships that could lead to referrals. This gave me a much more structured way to leverage my network and increase my chances of getting into the right hiring processes. His advice went beyond simply finding opportunities. Our conversations about salary bands, how compensation can vary depending on seniority and location, what to expect from an offer, and how to approach negotiation were also extremely valuable. What stood out most, however, was how thoughtful and genuinely invested Tadas was throughout the process. He truly cared about my progress, was consistently responsive whenever I had questions, and provided practical guidance that I could immediately put into action. I would highly recommend Tadas to anyone looking for thoughtful, practical, and personalized guidance in navigating their job search.

Tadas has been great to work with!Unfortunately I was caught in a redundancy round a few weeks ago and have been searching for a job since then. It's been a tough PM market for a while and so I hadn't had much luck.Tadas and I reviewed my approach and my applications, discussed how these could both be improved and I am now in 6 different interview processes. He was very responsive and always keen to help outside of our calls as well. I'd highly recommend working with him to anyone looking for a mentor right now.

I came into my session with Tadas feeling stuck. I had a big market thesis for my compliance startup but no way to test whether anyone would actually buy it, and I was tempted to start running quick ad experiments just to see some revenue. But he reframed the whole problem. He explained why that kind of testing fits consumer products and not an enterprise one. My product was b2b and he suggested I needed to focus on getting high-intent signals from enterprises, like conversations with recognizable companies, then letters of intent, then a free pilot, a paid pilot, and finally a signed contract. He was also super candid about how investors think. I won't give away all his secrets, but he gave me some ideas on how to talk to investors and what signals they give so you can better judge how interested they are (beyond the polite niceties that happen on these calls). He was direct without being discouraging and it lefts me very clear-eyed about what to do next. I definitely recommend him to first-time founders or founders who are stuck.
