I have 13 years experience as an entrepreneur, now leading my 4th venture after having successfully exited the previous 3. I coach early stage startups in bringing their products to market, refining and clarifying ideas and getting to product-market fit. I also mentor more mature businesses in getting out of a rut and setting up a goal oriented and meritocratic culture.
I truly believe fast iteration, grit, a beginners mind, humility and a strong goal oriented culture are the keys for success. After more than a decade leading tech, product and marketing teams, I've survived almost all of the mistakes you can think of.
