- I have a software engineering background which started back in 2007, covering several roles from support analyst, consultant to tech lead, all these roles have helped me to understand businesses and products from different perspectives.
- Extensive experience as an Agile Coach, working in Small, Medium and Large scale enterprises.
- Helped multiple software teams, with different product types (B2C, D2C), platform teams and specialised teams, my expertise is based in practical knowledge and not just textbook theory.
- Blending disciplines like Design Thinking, Product Management, DevOps and Engineering practices with Agile.
- I present, lead communities of practices, interview and hire Mid-Level and Senior Scrum Masters.
