Alex was an extremely patient mentor. He took a lot of time and effort to make sure I understood the fundamentals of my problems while helping me systematically solve the bigger issue. He provided great resources for me to learn while I was new in my current role and truly excelled at understanding the root cause of my problems even if I didn't know how to explain it clearly. He dedicated a lot of his time and effort into helping me be a success in my BI role even when I questioned myself.
