👋 Hey folks,
❇️I think, I can help you to resolve your pain! But first of all, check my description above and write inquiry for discussion!
🏆 I am enthusiastic software engineer more than 8 years, but not only.
More than 7 years I am mentor (100+ students) and 2 years - lector (150+ students, 300+ hours of lecturing). Why did I spend so much time for these activities and still continue to do it? Only in case when you can explain something to people who knows it worth - you understand it on good level. So, it helps me be better everyday, keep my knowledge actual, help great people to be better.
🥷 My main goal to be T-shaped professional. And I want you to help to be the same too. I believe that you should not be a coder, you should be software engineer and at this role coding is very little part. Any backend SE should know debugging process, architecture, deployment and so on.
🚀 I really like to share my knowledge and work with great people!
💡 My possibilities:
- consult you with different questions
- prepare learning plan with tasks and coach you
- prepare you for interviews
- make you better software engineer :)
🤝 I can cover all backend software engineering questions:
- Java backend ecosystem
- Monolith and Microservices architecture
- Cloud (AWS) and on-premise deployment
- Monitoring, tracing, debugging
- Being better candidate for new position
- Starting carrier path effectively
📩 Write me inquiry and we will discuss if I can help you! My mentoring is flexible and I try to understand everybody's needs and help to resolve every query.
‼️ But I will reject mentoring in case if I can't help you or you are not ready to work hard. I don't like mentoring just for mentoring, I expect results and only hard working can help achieve them!

I worked for a year with Andrii and he is an excellent mentor. Always quick to reply, thinking how to challenge and/or advice you next. He's the best.

Andrii has been a fantastic mentor over the last six months. He has helped me build two backend systems playing an intricate part in the design of the database and implementation of the spring backend. He is straight to the point and full of Java and programming knowledge.
