About
Remember Copilot autocomplete in 2021 and ChatGPT in 2022 coming out? I've been trying to make the most of those funky pieces of technology and to teach their wonders from the start. Today, after being in engineering since 2015, I'm a Staff Software Engineer at ClickFunnels, an AI-first company. There, I'm witnessing the unleashed shipping power every day when AI is unleashed in an AI-first fashion. I'm also maintaining several of my own production in-use apps and open-source tools, so I'm having the time of my life with the advancements that we've made in this industry since then! I've also been doing coaching and group sessions since 2019. Today, I have coaching formats that have been working with groups and 1-on-1s, along with a bunch of perks alongside my programs, like personalized periodic summaries, an in-house app for the coaching format, Slack with an in-house coding agent, and more to help you make the most of the experience and get where you want to go! If you would also love to level up your AI engineering and career, I'd be more than excited to work through this with you and share in detail what works for me day-to-day, including skills, engineering harnesses, software factories, product mindset and career bets. Your profile is that you are motivated to rock in the age of AI, take on bigger tasks and scale your outputs with ambition. You also love a good challenge I throw at you during our sessions. My intention is to set you up with tools and processes to save hours of busywork while building more from our first session on, and to inspire you to become more ambitious in the tasks you pick in your daily work to reach your goals. Please book an intro session at your convenience, and let's get those bots rolling! (The Standard Plan on MentorCruise has one monthly 1-on-1 plus weekly group sessions w/ Rich & 0-5 other Software Makers. Private Slack & all the perks mentioned above!)
What mentees say
5 out of 5 stars
Rich accompanied me from knowing absolutely nothing about Ruby on Rails to releasing my first production app in less than 6 months. He's been a fantastic mentor and he's also just a great person to know and talk to.
