Hi, I'm Aksinia, DS & Analytics Manager.
I've built product analytics from scratch several times - in e-commerce, two-sided marketplaces, media, and fintech. Event-based tracking, metric trees, DWH, A/B testing, data quality systems. Day to day I work side by side with product managers: we design metrics, run experiments, and decide what to build next based on data.
I also manage a team of analysts - I hire them, design competency matrices, and run their growth reviews. So when we prepare you for an interview or a promotion, you get the view from the other side of the table: I know what hiring managers look for, because I am one.
