Hands-on support
I help professionals grow into high-impact leaders in program management, strategic operations, and Big Tech environments.
Over the past 14+ years, I’ve led global operations and risk programs across Meta, the U.S. Army, and nonprofits — managing initiatives tied to AI governance, privacy operations, infrastructure scaling, and organizational transformation.
Whether you're trying to break into tech, become a stronger manager, navigate stakeholder politics, or grow into executive-level leadership, I can help you build a practical strategy and execute with confidence.
I can help you with:
- Breaking into Program Management or Operations roles
- Military to tech transitions
- Becoming a first-time manager
- Executive communication & stakeholder management
- Navigating interviews
- Building influence without authority
- Scaling operational processes
- Career growth planning + promotion strategy
- Handling difficult leadership situations
- Resume & interview preparation for non-technical roles
I love getting to know people and building relationships and am here to help in any way I can!
---Career Highlights---
- Led privacy and risk operations supporting product launches across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads
- Managed global data center programs involving $500M+ in assets
- Led Meta’s COVID-era infrastructure response with 100% uptime during peak scaling demands

- Founding board member of an international humanitarian nonprofit
---More About Me---
I graduated from West Point in 2012 (B.S. - International Relations) and served for 5 years in the U.S. Army as an Armor Officer. I was deployed to Afghanistan for 9 months and planned/led over 70 operations with my platoon.
After my time in the Army, I joined Meta in 2017 as a Program Manager for their Data Center Infrastructure Team. During that time I led their global service migration and hardware decommission program, COVID-19 capacity response, and helped to scale and build numerous programs while the company continued to grow. I became a manager and then moved into the Product Privacy Team where I built teams to support product and infra orgs to successfully implement effective privacy and data risk mitigation plans.
On the side, I am a founding member of Bomb Techs Without Borders, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting people in need in areas impacted by landmines and other remnants of war. I've helped scale our global operations, expand our volunteer force, and build the systems that support safe humanitarian missions abroad.
Currently, I'm managing an AI-based web platform startup called Riskhelper.AI that aims to support small business owners and late-stage startups with risk or compliance issues. I also recently completed my MBA at NYU Stern with a focus on Leadership, Change Management, and Sustainability.

Ali is a great mentor and an amazing person to speak to. When I approached him, I wanted help with prepping for interviews, but our conversations turned out to be much more than that. With Ali's varied background and his ability to ask the right questions, I was able to unpack my interests, realize a career path, and work towards my long-term goals as well. He is extremely personable, kind, and easy to talk to, which makes every conversation a delight. He is available whenever you need him and checks in regularly. Since working with him I gained more clarity on what I want and feel more confident about my capabilites . I continue to enjoy working with him I would definitely recommend.

Ali is an incredible mentor! I've worked with several professional coaches and mentors, and Ali has had the biggest impact on my life. He provided strategic business mentorship as I started a new business, helping me understand my strengths and areas for development as a leader. I was struggling to identify key areas to focus on and prioritize, and during our coaching session, Ali provided great advice, questions, and exercises to help me become more confident in making hard business decisions. Ali has gone above and beyond to get to know me and also provided a lot of general life coaching to help me think about balancing my new business, my career, and my personal life. He makes the time to make sure I have everything I need. Since working with Ali, I've grown my business, have a clearer understanding of the strategic areas I need to focus on, and improved my work-life balance. I'm excited to continue working with Ali and highly recommend him.
