I am new in the UX research world, and I am the only one working in this position in our company. I felt lost and didn't know where to start with this complicated research task. Andrea was super helpful. I explained all the details, and she provided different solutions. She also shared some useful tools and agreed to record the call and send it to me via email so I can review it again if needed. I think it is important to have support when you feel vulnerable or lost. I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
