After nearly a decade deeply invested in a single organization, I reached an inflection point in 2024. Instead of rushing into the next role, I slowed down just enough to think clearly, then returned to the work I’ve always done best: helping leaders see themselves and their organizations more truthfully.

I’m known as The Business Polygraph because I have an uncommon ability to surface what is real, quickly, calmly, and without agenda. I help leaders hear what their teams, systems, and results are already telling them, but haven’t yet had the space or language to confront.

My background spans operations, product, sales, investor relations, people leadership, and AI across industries including technology, finance, manufacturing, education, and energy. I’ve worked across Africa, Europe, the UK, and North America, in both growth and contraction, with organizations large and small.
