With over 6 years of experience in People Operations, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and teams in building strong foundations for success—ranging from designing efficient HR processes to fostering collaboration in startup, remote-first environments. Currently, I work at Doist, where I joined as the first People Operations hire and have led the design, optimization, and stewardship of the employee experience.
Beyond my work in HR, I bring over a decade of experience in operations and nonprofit management. As part of the founding team of SALT, a mission-driven nonprofit, I established and managed all aspects of our operations and now proudly serve as a board member.
