After more than 30 years leading programs, developing strategy, and building high-performing teams, one of the most rewarding parts of my career has been helping people grow. Throughout my 14 years at Intel and during 17 years with Nike—including roles at World Headquarters, European Headquarters, Japan, and with the Hurley and Converse brands—I had the opportunity to mentor individuals at many stages of their careers.
