About

Over the last seven years at PayPal, I have led some of the most complex platform work in the company's analytics history.

It started with an analytics vendor most teams were comfortable with. I saw what others didn't yet see: PayPal's products would eventually converge, and siloed analytics would become a liability. I made the case, spent months bringing skeptics along, and led the full migration to an internal real-time analytics platform. $5.6M saved annually. 11,000 charts, 700 users, four countries. A holistic view of the customer across all PayPal products — for the first time.

That foundation became the launchpad for PayPal's first AI capabilities in this space. I built the agentic triage system that autonomously catches data gaps before they break analytics. I shipped the LLM-based analytics assistant that gives any PM governed answers instantly via MCP server. Every one of these faced organizational skepticism. Each earned trust through proof.

Today I drive strategy for an enterprise-wide portfolio — 1,700+ users, 250+ products, 90B+ daily events — working across a team that includes 4 PMs, an Engineering Director, 7 tech leads, and 31 engineers across four countries.

The through line: I do my best work when the problem is hard, the path is not obvious, and the people are not convinced yet.
