Are you trying to take the next step in your tech career, move into leadership, become more confident in your role, or simply figure out what's next? I'd love to help you navigate that journey.
I've spent the past 20 years working in tech, starting as an individual contributor and eventually becoming Head of Quality. Along the way, I've worked with companies like HP, Microsoft, Amazon, Dropbox, Indeed, and Descript, leading teams, building quality strategies, and working closely with Engineering, Product, and executive leadership, including VPs and CEOs. This has given me the opportunity to understand leadership from different perspectives, from day-to-day team challenges to high-level strategic decisions. I'm also an ICF-certified Life & Leadership Coach.
What I've enjoyed most throughout my career is helping people grow. I've coached professionals through career transitions, supported senior engineers stepping into leadership, and worked with managers who wanted to become stronger leaders and build better teams. I've also had my own share of career challenges and setbacks, so I know that career growth isn't always as straightforward as we'd like it to be!
Here's how I can help you:
Whether you're looking for career direction, preparing for a leadership role, dealing with challenges at work, or growing your technical skills in QA or AI/LLM evaluation, we'll start by understanding where you are today and what you'd like to achieve.
Our sessions will be a mix of coaching, mentoring, and practical guidance, depending on what you need. Sometimes that means asking questions to help you see things differently, sometimes sharing lessons from my own experience, and sometimes working together on a concrete plan, whether that's preparing for an interview, navigating a difficult conversation, or developing your leadership skills.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice. My goal is to help you find what works for you, build on your strengths, and feel more confident taking your next step.
If any of this sounds like what you're looking for, let's connect! Book an intro call, tell me a little about where you are and what you're hoping to achieve, and we can explore how I can support you.

You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
