I'm Audrey, a senior product leader with two decades of experience, including managing PM teams at Meta. I've conducted over 200 PM interviews and more importantly, sat in the calibration rooms where ratings and promotions are actually decided.

Most of my mentees don't come from big tech. They come from startups, nonprofits, and growth-stage companies who want to understand what "great" looks like at the highest level, and close that gap fast.
