Hi! I'm Bruce and I am super passionate about recruiting and career growth. Once upon a time, I was a high school teacher and a college counselor. My education background helped me work 1:1 with students navigating their murky school journey. Then I discovered a new challenge to help job seekers and aspiring professionals through recruiting.
To be honest, I pursued recruiting to help get others in better jobs and opportunities to become entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and tech savvy. I've learned a lot about recruiting and talent acquisition from the perspective of job seekers, HR, and a hiring manager. All of which must be understood and optimized to create the ideal candidate experience in order to fill jobs efficiently and practically.
