About Me:
I’m a Senior Platform Engineer who began her career as a Helpdesk Engineer, moved into System Administration, and eventually transitioned into DevOps and Platform Engineering. I’ve had the privilege to work in different sectors, helping design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platforms.
I’ve also served as a DevOps Channel Coordinator at SheCodeAfrica as a volunteer, supporting women making their way into tech. Additionally, I’m an Ambassador for the Google WomenTechMaker program
I work with a diverse range of mentees, including those transitioning into Tech or DevOps from other fields, recent graduates or individuals new to DevOps seeking a solid foundation, and experienced professionals looking to navigate or deepen their expertise in the DevOps space.

Overall, I am satisfied with the mentorship with Bukola. If anyone is pursuing DevOps or Cloud Engineer career in Germany then I can recommend her. At first, she reviewed my CV and gave some good comments. During the regular mentorship session, she recommended me some third-party educational resources to study. During weekly meeting, she briefly checked my knowledge in different DevOps tech stack. Also, she often listened my mock interview records, and kept giving me comments. Furthermore, she gave me advices how to manage time between applying for companies and studying! One thing I can suggest to mentees is to keep asking questions and receiving comments from her during the mentorship. I got a Development job (with some DevOps Tech Stacks), so I temporarily left the mentorship session. Hopefully I can re-start the session with her next year or in the future!
