A dynamic professional with 15+ years of experience in both higher education and industry. My passion is working with motivated, career driven individuals to help them discover their strengths and value.
I am currently the Associate Director of Career Services at Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health - the number one school of public health in the country. During my 10+ years at Johns Hopkins I have worked with industries such as: public health, consulting, finance, federal government, state and local government, non-profit, biotechnology, and research. I am skilled in both employer relations and career coaching and previously served as a corporate recruiter for a large healthcare consultancy.
I hold a master’s degree in Counseling from the Johns Hopkins School of Education, and I have also earned the title of Certified University Career Coach through The Academies, an approved program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). These experiences have allowed me to cultivate superb people skills and to hone what I believe is one of the most important skill sets of all: relationship building and management.

5 out of 5 stars
The beginning of 2026 was one of the most challenging job searches I've ever experienced. Belt tightening from companies, competition against overqualified candidates, and increasingly complex application processes meant job searching was a brutal campaign for me. Caroline was the anchor through the rough stretches, the strategic vision behind tough decisions, and the first person in my corner celebrating when I reached offers and final-round stages with multiple companies. Working with Caroline I always knew the advice I was getting was grounded in real recruiting experience and best practices. And because I tracked every application I sent out I can confidently say my cold-application response rate doubled in the months after we agreed on a new resume format. If you need a coach with best in class fundamentals and to help keep you steady through a brutal job market Caroline is that coach!
