I work with technology leaders who have stepped into bigger roles and discovered that leadership at scale is a very different job.

Many of my mentees are Directors, VPs, or first‑time executives who are strong operators but now face new challenges: leading leaders, influencing peers and executives, rebuilding trust in underperforming teams, prioritizing under pressure, and making decisions with incomplete information.

I bring over 20 years of experience as a CTO and VP leading technology organizations across enterprise and high‑growth environments. I’ve built and rebuilt teams ranging from 30 to 400+ people, managed multi‑million‑dollar budgets, led M&A technology integrations, and stabilized organizations during periods of rapid change.

A core focus of my work is helping leaders stabilize, align, and elevate teams under pressure—especially when expectations are rising faster than clarity.
