I run The Design Co (thedesign.co), where I write about hiring and the job market, and support designers through job searches, career decisions, and interviews.
Most of my work centers on:

- Breaking down how hiring managers actually evaluate resumes, portfolios, and interviews
- Supporting designers through job searches, career growth, and transitions
Before starting The Design Co, I spent 12+ years leading product design across B2B SaaS and enterprise software. I’ve built and led design teams, shipped 0→1 products, and led design for vertical SaaS apps, no/low-code platforms, and workforce enablement solutions.
I also founded a no-code UI development startup, Wisiwig. While we didn’t have the success we hoped for, it gave me firsthand experience in leading, fundraising, networking, and building products from scratch — and it shaped how I think about the design world today.
