I have nearly 15 years in games, including more than a decade at PlayStation, progressing from hands-on development into leadership and senior management. I led Art, Animation and External Development, hired and developed people, managed multidisciplinary teams and global partners, and worked across production, career development, leadership and delivery. Today I am a studio founder and director.
