Before joining Virtuous in April 2023, I held senior engineering leadership roles at InVision, focusing on SDKs, APIs, and connected workflows for integrations. I was part of the Senior Leadership Team, described as a "culture carrier," and built partnerships with integration teams from Atlassian, Zoom, Microsoft, and Webex.
What energizes me most is seeing a customer's eyes light up when we deliver exactly what they need, celebrating team wins, and creating environments where engineers thrive. I excel at cross-functional collaboration—breaking down complex problems for engineering teams while translating technical challenges for product and design partners.
