- Built profitable, lean operations with small, high-performing teams
I’ve led both B2B and B2C products. Like most founders, I’ve worn plenty of hats (across product, sales, hiring, people management, fundraising, user research, and the inevitable fire-fighting that comes with building something from scratch). This has given me a practical understanding of what it really takes to run a business end-to-end.
