I’ve had an extensive career, that has allowed me to work at both start-ups & multinational corporations across multiple industries (Telcom, FinTech). My roll-up-the-sleeves and get things done approach has earned me key roles leading Software, Hardware, QA, Project Management, DevOps and Consulting teams where I often led by example with my contributions.
I have built products from scratch as the primary developer/architect to being responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 60-person, 12-month cross-functional project. Many of the products that I’ve delivered are still in production 15 years later.
I’ve led teams as small as 5 and organizations as large as 200 and am proud of the world-class engineers and engineering managers that I have coached along the way. I have experience scaling organizations from 30 to 100+ while building a team culture that has seen several teams stay together for over ten years. I have had some truly wonderful experiences living & working abroad, from India to Portland, from Israel to the Cayman Islands. All of these experiences have helped me appreciate the benefits of embracing diverse viewpoints and ways to collaborate.
