Over the past decade, I have transformed my career from being an unemployed immigrant in America to leading a team of over 25 Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Engineers at Square, one of the world's leading fintech companies. I hired and grew my team from 3 to 25 people, helped 7+ people get promoted, and mentored several junior and senior people in the industry.
I'm a patent holder, advisor to startup, angel investor and speaker at Data and AI conferences. I've also co-founded my own AI startup. I have successfully navigated many career transitions and guided many others through similar journeys.
I'm very passionate about mentoring and giving back to the community. During COVID-19, I posted on Linkedin to provide mentorship for charity purposes and coached more than 50+ people in less than 30 days. At Square, I formed a new Mentorship Circle program which was a huge success and several people at all levels benefitted from that program. I'm excited to use Mentorcruise platform to help people successfully navigate their career journey.

Deeksha was an amazing mentor!
