Hi, I’m Deepak.

I’m a Chief Product Officer and technology leader with 20+ years of experience across Microsoft, Yahoo, Visa, and HPE, working at the intersection of platforms, AI, and large-scale product transformation.

I’ve led global teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, building products and organizations that scale- not just technically, but operationally. A big part of my work has been helping companies move from fragmented execution to clear, predictable, and value-driven product systems.

My approach is grounded in value-based decision making- aligning product strategy, prioritization, and execution to what actually drives business outcomes. This becomes especially critical in complex environments where there are more ideas than capacity.

Today, as a CPO in a PE-backed company, I’m focused on scaling products from ~$20M to ~$50M+ while building the operating discipline needed for long-term success.
