Hi! I am an experienced product designer good at leading, coaching and mentoring design teams to deliver business impact at scale and foster innovation. I enjoy facilitating and running product design sprints and co-design workshops to help drive alignment between product, engineering and other key stakeholders towards a shared product goal.
Currently, I am self-employed as a Product/UX Design Consultant based in Bangalore. Most recently, I was with Amazon for close to 6 years. Started as a Senior UX Designer in 2016 and switched to leading design teams as UX Design Manager in India and the UK.
Prior to Amazon, spent around 15 years in UX, crafting product experiences and mentoring design teams in large organisations like Yahoo! and Linkedin as well as startups like HolidayIQ and Affle. Also, did consulting gigs with UX agencies, PebbleRoad and InfoLab in Singapore between 2006-9.
