About
I entered cybersecurity from outside the field.
I studied Physics before beginning my career as a penetration tester in 2016, supported by mentors who were willing to give someone without a conventional cybersecurity background an opportunity to learn.
That experience strongly influences the way I mentor today.
Over the past decade, my own career has expanded from offensive security into threat modeling, security architecture, cyber risk and policy. I now mentor people at different stages of that same problem: figuring out where they fit in cybersecurity, what they need to learn next and how to turn ambition into evidence that others can recognise.
Since I have walked this journey before, I believe I can help you do justice to your own abilities too.
